Watercolors, hand painted silk scarves, note cards and more . . .

I received by BA degree in Art many years ago and began painting in oils. After raising a family I decided to try my hand with watercolor and loved the medium, especially living in Nevada with all the
natural beauty of the high desert.

I have recently moved from the Austin area to Fallon where I continue to paint. Of late I have changed direction and began painting on silk.

I found it is much like watercolor and love the originality of the end result. And we can always use a new scarf to wear!

Working with my fellow artists in the Main Street Shops is so enjoyable. Meeting and talking to our visitors who come by to see all that we offer is very fulfilling.

Along with my scarves, I will be featuring Nevada Landscape watercolors, oils, and note cards made from my watercolors.
